How Portal Riverpoint prices architecture assessments, rebuild planning, and roadmap workshops — informational rates for Thailand engagements.
Fees are quoted after a short scoping call. Figures below are starting points for work delivered in Thailand and billed in Thai baht. They are informational only — we do not take online payment on this site.
Architecture assessment
From THB 72,000
Fixed fee for a 2–3 week review with a written report. Scope adjusts if your estate spans multiple portals or heavily undocumented integrations.
Portal rebuild planning
From THB 185,000
Flagship engagement. Final fee depends on stakeholder count, number of critical integrations, and whether on-site days outside Bangkok are required.
Rebuild roadmap workshop
From THB 48,000
Two-day facilitated workshop for up to ten participants, plus a cleaned roadmap document within five business days.
What changes the estimate
- Additional portals or brands under the same programme
- Incomplete access to production walkthroughs
- Travel beyond Bangkok metro for multi-day discovery
- Translation of final documents into Thai (available on request)
Payment rhythm
We typically invoice 50% to begin and 50% on delivery of the agreed document. Workshops are invoiced in full before the workshop date. Deposits and refunds follow our refund policy.
