Purpose
Before you fund a rebuild, an architecture assessment answers whether the current portal can be extended safely, where coupling will punish you later, and which hosting or identity choices are already shaping your options.

- Constraints from vendors already under contract
Deliverable
A concise assessment report with severity-ranked findings, recommended next moves, and a clear statement of what we did not have time to verify. Sponsors often use this report to choose between repair, partial rebuild, or full portal replacement.
Fit with other consultations
If the assessment shows a rebuild is warranted, many clients continue into portal rebuild planning. The assessment fee is credited toward that engagement when both happen within ninety days.
