Who should attend
Product owners, engineering leads, operations managers, and the sponsor who holds budget authority. We cap the room at ten people so decisions can actually complete.
Agenda shape
Day one — Current portal pain, non-negotiable dates, integration inventory, and candidate rebuild slices.
Day two — Sequencing options, risk trade-offs, ownership of each phase, and a draft roadmap on a single shared wall (physical or digital).
After the workshop
You receive a cleaned roadmap document within five business days: phases, owners, open questions, and suggested decision dates. This is not a full rebuild plan; it is the sequencing backbone many programmes need before commissioning deeper planning.
Materials
We supply facilitation boards and templates. You supply room access, network for screen share if hybrid, and any existing backlog exports you want on the table.
